The HTGT-3000B solid sampler is used to introduce liquid heavy oil samples and solid samples into the cracking furnace of the system. It has an integrated structure and can realize automatic sample injection.

Installation：

To install the HTGT-3000B solid sampler, the following steps should be followed.：

•  Install the solid sampler according to the structure diagram.
•  Connect the power cord properly.
•  Adjust the height of the sampler to ensure that the push rod, sample boat, and cracking furnace are on the same horizontal line.

operation：

Once the HTGT-3000B solid sampler is properly installed, the following steps should be taken to put the system into use.

•  Put all power switches in the on position.

⑵ Install the quartz boat, adjust the speed and progress of the sampler, and use the “Forward” and “Backward” buttons to set the position of the slider correctly.

(3) Perform a gas circuit leak test before sample injection to ensure that there are no air leaks at the gas circuit connectors.

Note: When used in conjunction with a quartz boat, during forward movement, the slider should allow the quartz boat to be inserted into the furnace, while during reverse movement, it should facilitate positioning the quartz boat at the sample injection port of the solid sampler.

⑷ Ensure that various parameters and conditions of the instrument system have been adjusted properly, conduct a blank analysis on the quartz boat, and wait for the analysis of the sample.

•  Put the prepared sample into the quartz boat.

Realize automatic sample injection according to the time events in the instrument software system. Ensure that the quartz boat is sufficiently cooled before sample analysis.
