The DKZ-5000 cement electric flexural testing machine is a professional equipment used to detect the flexural strength of cement mortar in the softening test. It complies with domestic and international standards such as GB/T17671, GB3350, and ISO679. It is mainly applied in fields such as cement production, construction, scientific research institutions, and can also be extended to the flexural strength testing of other non-metallic brittle materials.

The device adopts two detection modes: double lever (5000N) and single lever (1000N). It is equipped with an automatic loading system for floating weights, with an indication accuracy of ±1%. The loading rates are (50±5) N/s and (10±1) N/s respectively. Its structure includes a base, a lever system, a flexural fixture, and an electronic control box. It supports elevation angle indication and balance adjustment functions, and automatically powers off and directly reads data after the test. Operation requires horizontal calibration, zero adjustment, and lever balance setting. For maintenance, it is necessary to keep the blade clean and dry, and regularly check the limit switch and the operation status of the screw rod.
