The cement Le Chatelier boiling test chamber is an instrument for testing the soundness of the volume of cement paste. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard JC/T955-2005 “Test Methods for Normal Consistency Water Requirement, Setting Time and Soundness of Cement”. It can automatically control the time for the water in the chamber to heat up to boiling and maintain boiling, so as to verify the soundness of the volume of cement paste (i.e., the Le Chatelier method and the test cake method). It can automatically control both heating and heat preservation, and can also be controlled manually.

It consists of a boiling box, a controller and a connecting cable.

The boiling box is mainly composed of a box cover 1, inner and outer box walls 2, a sieve plate 3, an insulation layer 4, an electric heating tube 5, a drain valve 6, a handle 7, an air outlet 8, a water seal groove 9, and a junction box 10.

Both the box body and the sieve plate are made of stainless steel, with the outer surface frosted. The controller consists of a chassis, a controller logic board FZH-3, a base plate, and a panel.

The base plate is equipped with an AC relay and a logic board socket. The control logic board is inserted into this socket, and the regulated power supply is also mounted on the logic board. The panel is fitted with various control switches, buttons, and indicator lights. At the back of the housing, there are a power inlet socket, a load line outlet socket, and a fuse. The panel and the base plate are connected using a sixteen-pin plug and socket, facilitating maintenance.
