一、Product Introduction

The multi-function strength tester is used to test the bonding strength of architectural decoration tiles, mosaics and walls or floors and the strength of concrete.

This instrument is a small hydraulic force measuring device. When testing the bonding strength of decorative tiles, the three-point reaction support generates a tensile force on the bonding material of decorative tiles. The testing of concrete is based on the principle of rear-assembly pull-out method, and the concrete strength is calculated by measuring the force required to pull out the anchor solid placed in the concrete.

The instrument is composed of a jack, a hand pump, a triangular base and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of one machine for two uses, novel structure, small size, convenient operation and complete functions.

The oil pump of the detector is loaded manually, with a small driving torque, a reasonable rocking direction, and a continuous and uniform loading.

The system is equipped with a single-chip microcomputer as the core intelligent data processor, a rechargeable battery, a full digital display, an automatic zeroing (which can eliminate the measurement error caused by friction in the hydraulic system), a peak holding option, a storage capacity of 50 data, and a display for under-voltage and over-range.
