一、Product Introduction

The sample sieve shaking pendulum instrument primarily consists of a swinging mechanism, a vibration mechanism, and a central clamping mechanism. The motor drives the main eccentric shaft on the swinging frame through a rotating shaft and worm gear set, which in turn rotates two other eccentric shafts. This rotation causes the entire sieve assembly to swing with a radius equal to the eccentricity of the plane circular motion. Simultaneously, the same motor drives another pair of worm gear sets through a cam and push rod to periodically lift the swinging frame equipped with the sieve assembly. The frame then falls onto the base plate by its own weight, enabling both planar circular swinging and vibration.
