HTTNS-9000Advantages of Full-automatic Sulfur and Nitrogen Analyzer

The instrument adopts a vertical sampling mode.

It realizes automatic cleaning of the sampling needle and automatic replacement of samples, and the program can be set according to requirements.

A fully automatic sampler with 16 or more positions is selected, featuring accurate positioning. Once set, it can perform fully automatic detection and automatically set the sampling volume, enabling unattended and automatic analysis.

The gas flow rate is precisely controlled by a mass flow meter without manual adjustment.

The gas pressure and temperature are precisely controlled by corresponding sensors.

The computer controls the entire process of analysis, data processing, etc., and displays the working status of the whole process. The standard curve can be automatically generated.

Imported high-quality furnace wires are used to extend the service life of the cracking furnace. The data processing software has an over-temperature protection and automatic shutdown function. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the instrument will automatically cool down and enter a protection state.

The uniquely designed fluorescent sulfur reaction chamber has an automatic compensation function for the intensity of the ultraviolet light source, with high sensitivity and low baseline noise.

The unique nitrogen reaction chamber enhances the reaction intensity between nitric oxide and ozone, and quickly discharges exhaust gas to reduce tailing.

It is equipped with an aromatic hydrocarbon barrier filter system with a selective permeable membrane and a detection system, which prevents contamination.

A specially made quartz cracking tube, which does not need to be disassembled or replaced, completely solves the problem that the combustion tube is prone to carbon deposition.

The instrument is equipped with a gas filtration and purification system.

In case of abnormal gas flow rate or pressure, the instrument will automatically cool down for protection.

The gas pipelines are connected with ball clamps for easy maintenance.

The instrument can set the cracking furnace temperature during hibernation and the wake-up time.
